Project description: 100,000 square foot elementary school (Chicago Public Schools), based on the Mark T. Skinner prototype, located in Chicago.
Services provided: Sustainable design team leader accountable for the LEED Certification process beginning early in the project's design phases through to the end of construction.
Results: Project achieved LEED Gold certification under LEED for Schools.
